Latrobe Council is seeking an enthusiastic person to join the organisation in the role of Banksia Facility Customer Services Officer.

Located at picturesque Port Sorell, the Banksia Facility sprawls over 6 hectares and hosts a diverse range of groups offering services such as accommodation, catering, organised group activities, sports stadium, meeting rooms and a performing arts centre.

In this part-time role, you will work to provide a high-quality customer service to all users of the Banksia Facility and to promote a positive customer service oriented image for the Banksia Facility. The role incorporates responding and resolving customer enquiries, managing bookings and payments, assisting with the conduct of camps, and assisting with kitchen and cleaning operations.

You will require a qualification up to a Certificate II in Business Administration and/or Hospitality along with experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of skills, experience and training.
