Community Grants and Financial Assistance
INDIVIDUAL/TEAM SPONSORSHIP
Individuals, teams and groups living in the Kentish municipality are invited to apply to Council for financial assistance for sporting, academic or cultural activities. Applications should be submitted on the Individual/Team Sponsorship Application form and may be submitted at any time of the year.

Kentish Council Individual Sponsorship Guidelines and Application Form
SMALL COMMUNITY GRANTS - $1 - $500
Clubs, organisations, and individuals are invited to apply to Council for up to $500 financial assistance. Applications should be submitted on the Small Community Grant Application form and may be submitted at any time of the year.

Kentish Council Small Grant Guidelines and Application Form
LARGE COMMUNITY GRANTS - $501 - $2,500
The Large Community Grants will open on 1 March 2024 and close on 6 May 2024.
The Kentish Council Large Community Grants Program ($501 - $2,500) builds community capacity and resilience by supporting community-led projects.
These grants aim to fund projects that support resources, programs, or services that:
* Promote community connection/cohesion
* Enhance the diversity of cultural, creative, health and wellbeing, recreational or social opportunities
* Develop partnerships between charities, community groups or other organisations
* Utilise local goods and services wherever possible
* Enhance the Kentish as a prosperous, vibrant, and caring community
Eligibility criteria apply.
Funding is limited to $501 to $2,500.
Applications must be submitted on the application form and be accompanied by financials and quotes.
PLEASE NOTE that late applications will not receive consideration but may be held over to the next round opening in August.
