The Kentish Council Annual General meeting will be held on Wednesday 10 December 2025 at 6.00pm in the Sheffield Town Hall. Submissions and questions on any aspects of the Annual Report are sought by the community by midnight Sunday 30 November, 2025.
KENTISH COUNCIL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Electors of the Municipal area and members of the community are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Council for the 2024/2025 financial year, to be held in the Town Hall, Sheffield at 6.00pm on Wednesday, 10 December 2025. As per the Local Government Act; Only Electors in the municipal area are entitled to vote at an Annual General Meeting.

The agenda for the meeting includes the formal presentation of the Annual Report for 2024/2025 and discussion on any related public submissions.
Copies of the Annual Report will be available at the Council Office, 69 High St, Sheffield or on Council’s website here. Members of the community are invited to make submissions or ask questions on any aspects of the Annual Report.
Submissions on the Annual Report, Motions on Notice and Questions on Notice are to be in writing and received at the Council Office by midnight on Sunday, 30 November 2025.
Electors may present motions at the Annual General Meeting and if passed, the resolution will be considered by the Council at its next meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will be conducted in accordance with Council's Annual General Meeting Guidelines.
