Works will commence to extend the kerb, channel and stormwater infrastructure along Main Street and East Victoria Street in Sheffield from Monday 20 January 2025.
Works will be undertaken by Council’s contractor, Stiz Group, and are expected to be complete before the end of April 2025.
The works will extend the kerb and channel along both sides of Main Street just west of the Johnson Street junction. Additional stormwater infrastructure will be installed along East Victora Street to discharge collected stormwater into existing infrastructure.
These works will require temporary traffic management arrangements and temporary removal of access to vehicle accesses and utilities.
